With over 30 years of experience in the fashion industry I have seen retail grow leaps and bounds. I have seen many brands come and go. I have seen the many mistakes brands and retailers make in the name of growth.

I have closely observed and evaluated what happens at the shop floor in retail. The way the staff works and why. The way the retail owner looks at retail. Why there is no focus on like to like growth? Why discounting is increased, etc.

In my quest to help my brethren of the retail industry and to see them grow joyously, I embark on this ardous journey to share my experiences with all.
